I don’t care what gods you worship
Nor do I worry if your vote rivals mine;
I don’t bother about what car you drive
Nor do I wonder about your favourite wine.
It doesn’t trouble me that our ideologies never coalesce,
And I don’t wince when your views are out of line;
What makes me happy
Really, immeasurably, overwhelmingly glad
Is that in you I find the reality,
That my soul has found its grand design.
